Does anyone want to try them out with me? I thought it might be fun to see how it works as a group and "hair vitamin" topics are popular. Run it by your doctor if you can combo these with medications and health conditions. It does matter and should not be taken lightly.
Your hair (the part that you see that comes out of your head!) is dead material....you may help your overall health with vitamins (if you don't eat correctly), but it's not going to change your hair significantly, if at all!
Well of course..I just removed the dead today..buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..... Your hair growth rate and quality is affected by taking vitamins in food or pill form. No one eats perfectly and some nutrients are better absorbed in doses. That is why I like this vit. You take 3x a day instead of 1x. Biotin has proven to me that it makes a difference in various brands. A plain basic multi does not have the same results.
This is one is suppose to be good for skin & nails too. Vit E pills also have shown me a difference in skin.
I take a multi-vitamin by Blue Bonnet. It's food based and works great for my skin, hair and nails. Actually, I had VERY brittle nails and this vitamin has helped them alot. Does a great job helping my hair grow too but I also give credit to Dove Intense Damage Shampoo and Frizz Control Conditioner.
I got a different brand since no one chimed in & I was ordering from a place that had other things so I tossed this "maxi- hair" in my cart. (Its MAXI-HAIR from country life vitamins.) Its very similar in ings. I am only halfway through the bottle so the only change I have seen is my skin and it seems like my hair growth just started. I have not measured my hair. I was going to do that on the 2nd bottle.
