Does anyone know who manages the HOA for Bristol Commons in Williamsburg? I'm trying to find out their policies for renting out units. For example do they have a cap on the number of units that can be rentals.

thanks in advance.

Williamsburg Commons is managed by UPA / United Property Associates (http://www.unitedproperty.org/index.html - broken link)
103 Bulifants Blvd., Suite A, Williamsburg, VA 23188
Phone (757) 345-5383 • Fax (757) 345-5385
Again not sure of the rental cap but they should be able to answer the question...
