Would this apt complex be a good area to live in?

If not, which apt complex on the Hampton Roads side would be a good, safe area to live? No kids so schools wouldn't be an issue.

This area is called Hampton Roads. There is the south side (VA Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth) and the peninsula (Hampton & Newport News). Which city are you going to be working in?

I just moved away from here. The leasing company that had it before them were horrible but when they changed the name to Luna Point and changed leasing companies they started making improvements. I didnt have any issues with them during the change they work really hard on work orders keeping them fulfilled. If you purchase a apt near the lake beware of your energy bill because the a/c or heat will not compensate for the temps out. This area in particular is pretty quiet but id search elsewhere for an apartment.
