Would you say these are comparable neighborhoods? Low crime? Good elementary schools? Any pros/cons one over the other??

Thanks so much.

I would say that Christopher Farms is a step up or two from Courthouse Estates, Christopher Farms is a much smaller neighborhood with the majority of homes within a close price range ......Courthouse Estates is much bigger in size and home prices can range 100K+ difference in price from one section to another...Plus Courthouse Estates has a higher monthly POA fee.......also many of the homes in Courthouse Estates are built on slabs, you may not care but when you go to sale it will make a difference in price as most homes on crawl spaces will demand more money....If it was me I would pick Christopher Farms over Courthouse Estates by a mile......
