My husband and I are facing a sudden move to PA, we are looking at the Hershey/Hummelstown and Elizabethtown areas. We want to rent a house or townhome but I am having trouble finding listings. Does anyone know a good leasing agent in the area? We are under a serious time crunch, moving in 4 weeks, flying out to visit properties in two weeks, and I have hardly any places on my list to look at. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, I don't think we really have any renters agents around here like you would find in larger cities. I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but my only suggestion is to check out one of the apartment-listing sites like apartments.com or move.com. Failing that, our local newspaper has a rentals section in their online classifieds:

Above all else, avoid Craigslist. Based on your time crunch and unfamiliarity with the area, you are a Craiglist scammer's dream. If you have a specific location or offer you'd like our opinion on, post it and we'll be glad to help.
