Annie, I guess you are against killing animals. Wild pigs can be very destructive. And if you didn't know it, they can kill people and eat them too - even the bones!

They do taste good though (the pigs, not the people ). Cook them in the imu, or if on the mainland barbecue them - yummy, yummy, yum.

Mickey

My wife was so incensed by that episode that she called the Kamuela Museum to see whether Roseanne had purchased it or, if not, why they'd lowered themselves to letting her shoot an episode of her show there. She got a recording saying that the number had been disconnected.

Ever seen the damage these invasive species do to the natural environment? If you had, you might not feel that way.

Are you talking about the pigs, or Roseanne and her family?

Roseanne was quoted as saying about her show, "Like all reality shows, it's 100% fake." My cynical mind suspects she'd planned all along to ask that the pig be spared. I felt that same way about the haunting at the Kamuela Museum: her son making fun of the idea of a haunting, and of a kahuna who could cleanse the place, and then his being freaked out by a feeling he got in the back room, and suddenly believing it was haunted -- and Roseanne getting an unexplained fever, which we were led to assume was caused by the ghost, and then her looking fine in on the porch, sitting next to her son. I'll take Roseanne at her word and assume all of it was scripted.

See, I can't watch this show anymore. I get too worked up by it, and I'm a calm guy by nature. Time to listen to some slack key music.

So, Rosanne's a vegetarian? Or more likely she simply does not want to view her food being made . . .

My guess is that she would gladly eat a hotdog.

But not if it were a wild hotdog that was tearing up her mac nut farm.

At least she found something she can bond with.
