Im discouraged by condominium prices in Hawaii, I was looking for 200k or below.

The other frustrating thing about condos in Hawaii, is even IF you could afford them, they have such high monthly maintenance fees, they'll quickly get you on that anyways.

All depends on what you want. Princeville is high, but that pays for the resort type setting. Some have pools, etc. Halelani Village in Lihue is mostly for the average working person. Lower prices & reasonable fees. Best is that it's closr to the Kukui Grove, Costco, etc.
