Oh boy.

I honestly thought that French was her native language and English her second language.

I think the situation might have been pegged in post #2:

If the OP is serious, then they might not qualify for any college right now based upon their limited English and/or French skills. It would now be time for them to really study!

If we have a troll, at least the information offered up in this thread might be useful to future admission research questions.

I can see how you could be confused, because at first she said she was French-Canadian, and was planning to work two jobs in Canada this summer, and was obviously struggling with English. But over the next couple of days she seemed to masterize English very quickly, y'all, down there in Texas.

I honestly don't understand how anybody with such awesome ability to learn English so quickly has any concern at all about passing grammar tests in either language, wherever they may be.

Hey, another reason C-D is helpful .... it is a crash-course in English!

Naaa, I'd have to go with VanHa, it's more of a crash course in BS.

That's my opinion on the troll posts. Sometimes good information is posted for those who follow and do research. If anybody uses the search feature, which might be in question.

A lot of very good information has been shared here, but I think this thread can be closed now.
