gmdealerguy - I heard a rumor that the Hilo Chevy dealership is going to expand their parts/service department real soon.
If so, it might be worth a call to them to inquire. De Luz Chevrolet is the name - and is owned by the De Luz family who owns a number of different dealerships on the island. From what I understand, parts and service people are all unionized, if that makes a difference to you.
As to pay - they are probably similar to what you have now.
That would be great because right now we have to take our Chevy to the Toyota dealer for service (DeLuz doesn't do service in Hilo). Big Island Toyota does a good job, but it just seems strange going to a Toyota dealer instead of a Chevy dealer.
