I don't have any numbers, it's an observation when I was working in the government and having friends that are working on policy for the problem.

On the other hand, there ARE a decent amount of working homeless, whether by choice or not.

It's a complicated problem and there is no "one" answer for fixing it.

Just a general comment directed at no one in particular. I take most non-homeless peoples pontificating and generalizing about the character and habits of homeless people about as seriously as I would take homeless peoples pontificating and generalizing about the character and habits of wealthy people.
