I would consider finding a room to rent or a roommate.

Even a tiny bar sink makes a world of a difference. When I was attending UH back in the day, my gf and I shared a tiny studio in the Island Colony. We managed comfortably in under 250 SF. Amazingly there was enough room for a queen bed and a small living area with a couch and coffee table. Was a great set up. There was no kitchen but we had a tiny little bar sink no bigger than a small bathroom sink. That plus a microwave, hot plate, toaster oven and small fridge and we were set. We made pizzas, salmon, lasagna etc in our toaster oven quickly and efficiently.
30" ranges and ovens are not really needed for 90% of single-occupant units. My oven is currently used for pots and pans storage. They're a waste of space.
But for me not having a separate little bar sink would have meant prepping food and doing dishes in my bathroom sink. I wouldn't even consider such a unit regardless of price.
I wont argue against the extra sink. I'm just saying it will probably cost you extra. Island Colony 445 Seaside Avenue Unit 3608 Honolulu HI 96815-Condo listed on 05-23-2015
My studio has the bath sink hotel style outside the bath but close enough that you could use the shower wand to rinse your dishes. I replaced the fake marble sink with a stainless steel bar sink. You could also use a Rubbermaid dish tub out on a counter.
Roommates? Maybe after being there awhile and getting to know someone in advance.

Eh, just like a three way life switch. On, off, pedicure.
LOL!
