I woke up on a sunday to see them, must be the 2016 model clouds. In all of my life i cannot recall ever seeing these clouds in the sky.

Since we are in the tropics and have clouds everyday this is a bit challenging to pin down which clouds you saw.

Clouds can indeed be a spectacular site! I think you should consider yourself lucky and call it good. If you right click and
"search Google for image" you get visually similar images, some quite like your clouds. Clouds, like snowflakes, are all unique as well as fleeting. Lucky you!

My guess would be upper lever cirrus clouds and an incoming cold front. I have to go by your picture, the aluminum foil on my windows is permanently glued on.
As for my aluminum foil hat, wish I hadn't used the glue on that one...

I look the other day they were laying it out north of the islands. and yesterday I saw they laying out east of Kauai... if you think chemtrails are something you should check this out... never ever have I seen this...
