Substance abuse is again most probably the cause here.

12-year-old Arayza Sabay was flown to Queen’s Medical Center on Oahu, where she remains in critical condition.

Maybe there was someone with a dashcam in the vicinity who can step forward and catch the creep.

Aren’t hit and runs a daily occurrence in any major city? I’ve got to think there are at least a few everyday on Oahu.

The girl was hit in Hanamaulu, Kauai'i not Oahu.

A bicyclist was recently rammed from behind by some drunk s---head in Hawaii Kai. Now this, a child, fighting for her life... Makes me sick.

UPDATE: "Arayza is responding and gaining strength so the doctor approved for her to undergo surgery on her jaw tomorrow morning at 7:30 a.m. The Sabay family is at her side providing her love and support"
