Can a landlord evict you out of your residents if you pay your rent on time every month but makes payments for security deposit also but sometimes can't make the security payments due to your utilities and other things you need to pay for to make it through the whole month letting her know you can't make payment this week and they also comes by and yells at your kids to make them pay or relatives that comes and drops your kids off and tell them to pay. I'm not running away from this situation she gave me a dead line and still comes by every other week demanding payment while making a big scene in front of the neighbors. And i went to a program to get help on the deposit back in April and was notified by the program that the address is off the grid and that i needed them to turn in a gape map showing that the address and home was register with the state and it did not pass until July and i moved in April. Plus i had to go to the post office everyday to pick up our mail just to get my bills. Plus she gave the wrong address to the post office which made it longer to get approved. So what can i do to make this easier on me to pay my deposit down without the landlord coming every other week making a big scene for $200 every other week and still i pay my full rent before its due.

WHOA! First of all, your post is impossible to read with all the run-on sentences and no punctuation. Secondly, I'm not sure how we can help you because I'm not sure what your question is.

I know that this issue is very troubling to you, but can you re-write your question and be more clear about what your issue is? Do you need help dealing with a troublesome landlord, or do you need help with the eviction laws?

BTW, do you have a lease?

A security deposit is usually a one time payment and is not collected each month, but it sounds like the security deposit is being paid in increments along with the monthly rent?

Sounds like maybe a Section 8 situation? Although, I don't know if a house without an address (I'm assuming that since there's a need for a "gape map" which I'd guess is a "GPS" map?) anyway, I doubt they'd approve any house as Section 8 housing without an address?

Yup, usually there is a lease that spells out how each person (renter & landlord) should act, but folks don't always do what they're supposed to.

Going to the post office is a more secure method to get mail than having it delivered to a house. Also, if/when you get a different house, your mail can still be collected at the post office without having to change your mailing address on all your bills.

Most land loads will not let you move in unless you pay security deposit up front. Just saying!! PO Box is safe way to get your mail.
