Aloha & Kia Ora

In the process of moving out, I am putting together a monthly expenditures list and I was hoping you fine people could help me suss somethings out.

We think we found the place that we are going to buy. It's a nice house in Kalaheo near Poipu which has been completely remodeled and is mostly solar which helps but beyond that, what are the average price of utilities, like gas/propane for cooking, electricity,

We plan on keeping our T-Mobile & DirecTV service but those prices are fixed. Also, is fresh food expensive? It may sound like a rhetorical question but we eat fresh meats & veg. I can't eat wheat/gluten and we choose not to eat processed food (mostly because manufacturers put wheat in EVERYTHING).

Cheers!
