I'm gonna stick with "eat what I like, all things in moderation, and exercise!"
I don't drink much, don't smoke at all, and have fast food maybe 2 times a year. I also try to stay socially and emotionally healthy (diet ain't everything - if you alienate your friends, stress will kill you before fat does!). If I don't live to see 90, I'll bet it's because I get hit by a car.
