Not sure where to put this--do you talk in your sleep? (sleeping, normal)

Not even sure I'd refer to it as talking in your sleep, actually.

My room mate said she asked me if she could borrow one of my ramen soups (she just wanted the noodles). She told me that I told her she could. And normally I would not have even minded.

But I don't remember doing it. I was out, down for the count, after several days of NOT sleeping at all. And I needed that rest to catch up. But this has happened to me before. Someone will speak to me when I'm sleeping, and I'll answer, and I won't remember it even happening.

I can't say if I wake up, answer, and then go right back to sleep, or if I'm answering while still asleep.
