Great article! Now the problem is how to incorporate those healthy foods into my non-healthy diet? Actually come to think of it, making a soup with most of these items could be very good.
Cabbage and Swiss chard are not good if you have had or have a family history of kidney stones. Swiss chard actually contains more oxalates (sp?) than any other food.
Without reading the article, these ingredients are good for you for the most part. But where are you going to find goji berries. I know that there are a number of supplements, but have never seen just the berries.
Also, cinnamon is questionable because it can contain toxins. There are a few supplements that address the toxin issue, but it is not as simple as going to the store and buying a jar of cinnamon.

We don't really use cinnamon that often. When we do buy it we tend to buy organically grown cinnamon at the local health food store. I might add that we've never had a problem with it. It really has been quite straigt forward for us to find good quality cinnamon.
