If it's the ones in the eyes, yes I have them all the time. They are a nusiance! Sometimes they dry up and go away.
If it is in one of the eyes, it could be a detached retina. Have you been to the eye doctor about it~? Mine are in both eyes due to a traumatic experience. There were the size of dimes but have decreased to pin head size.
But now it seems like something is blocking my vision in my right eye slightly. Earlier today, I noticed the same thing. Thought it was one of my long hairs, but wasn't. It is foggy like off and on like in my middle of my eye. There it is again. It isn't a floater but like something describable. I am now worried again.
I have never had any floaters or eye problems of such sort and only recently it started, so I was and am a bit worried of what happened that caused it.

no one has them until suddenly they do
Things happen as everyone ages--at all ages.
I had a traumatic experience while on vacation recently which I think caused them. I am perfectly healthy and have been a vegetarian for over 20 years~!

healthy people, whether vegetarian or not (not sure that matters) get them all the time. Myself included.
If you think a trauma caused it you should see an Opthamologist ASAP

I've been to the Ophthalmologist twice already recently. He says that all is fine and nothing is wrong with my eyes.

Actually, no. Since what the floaters are in the first place is dried-up vitreous fluid in the eye.
I have a few and the the only time they really bother me is if I'm looking at a bright, solid, single-colored surface, like a white wall or maybe on a white page while reading. But I find that wearing sunglasses--which I always do outdoors, anyway--helps. As does wearing reading glasses.
My optometrist told me that there's nothin gto be done for them, but sometimes they will sink to the bottom of your eye and not be so noticeable.
