I have the most horrible pain on the outside of my leg, lower part, and foot. I have been going to my Chiro but nothing seems to be helping. It is really hard to walk.

Anyone have this?

Thanks,
Brava4

I had terrible leg pain on the outside of my left leg and my knee but it didn't go down to the foot. Still was awfully hard to walk. Started using a cane. Went to the spine doc, had shots, had Xray, and after alot of doctor visits, I learned I have IT band syndrome, which is a muscle that is connected to the hip and the knee. I think its too short for my leg. The only thing that helps is specific exercises which I do when I think about it. Ishial-Tibia syndrome. Look on Google.

I have pain like that, from breaking my leg pretty badly a couple of years ago, and not being able to have surgery on it for several weeks.

Do you take ibuprofen for the pain? If you do, you might stop for a while and see if it improves. Also, try eliminating aspartame from your diet. Those are the things that helped me. It still hurts, but it's gone from a burning pain to a dull ache when I walk on it too much.

See an Orthopaedist, if it truly is peroneal nerve compression you may need to have a decompression done...
