I need a source for doctors, their specialties and what insurances they accept. I just don't know where to start. We'll be full time next year near Southport and will have to to transfer from all of our CT providors----my understanding is that insurance has to be carried where your primary residence is. Is there a website that rates doctors, or lists specialists? Thanks for any help. Also, for long-time transplants, is it possible to have elective surgery out-of-state and have it covered?
DH and I are currently on a private plan---when he retires next year, I'll go on Medicare plus a supplement plan, he'll have 2 years until medicare so will be paying for a private plan
