Pediatrician here, you are probably fine. Well checkups are probably most important for vaccinations and secondarily, growth and development. There are many causes of growth and developmental delay that can be addressed if caught early enough. I would say most of these occur and should be caught within the first 3 years of life. If you have been growing and developing well up to this point, you are probably fine. The important thing is that you have had all of your vaccinations.
Not to scare you but on an aside note, I just had a colleague who had an 8 yo boy who came into the office last week from a foreign country with no previous doctor visits. He was there because he was vomiting blood. He was sent to the ICU and ended up passing away. Turns out he had leukemia which was undiagnosed.
