For those of you who have to go through PMS every month ... I would like to know if you know any remedies that can prevent me from getting extremely cold.

Even if it's really hot outside, I'm literally freezing here! I had to turn the heat on.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Have you taken your temperature while you have PMS? Is it lower then normal? PMS and low body temperature are both symptoms of hypothyroid.

No I haven't at all as I assumed it is only a regular PMS symptom.

I'll take my temperature then. Being cold to the point where you're shaking all day even when the heat is on is quite extreme.

Thanks!

I'm not sure that feeling cold is a typical sign of PMS. Anemia is another possibility to look into. I hope you get to the bottom of it and feel better soon.
