Hello guys

I am 25 years old and I have been in different stages of life after graduating and getting jobs sometimes losing jobs as well and struggling for jobs. So we admit it or not but these things create stress and I am thinking this is the reason of my hair fall as well. I don't know a lot but mostly people say its genetic problem, if your father was bald then you or someone from your siblings must be bald.

So what you people say about this ? Am I going to be bald ? I don't like it being totally bald

but it has been started already..

If your hair loss is from all over your head, it could be stress. But if it's mainly from the front hairline or on the top, it's probably male pattern baldness, which is on the X chromosome, meaning from your mother, either from her father or from her grandfather.

Treatments are Minoxidil 5% (buy anywhere) and Finasteride (prescription).

It started from front but hairs falling all over my head. I tried changing my shampoo and conditioner but I will take a look at these (Minoxidil & finasteride). Though I am not using them blindly but I will check them.

Thanks

There are many factors which can cause individuals to experience increased hair loss, and stress is one of the more common ones. Since you have recently experienced losing a job, that is pretty stressful and might be contributing to the additional hair loss you have noticed. Also, sometimes when we are feeling stressed out, we do not eat or eat the wrong things (junk foods) which leads to poor nutrition and hair fall. I had a time a few years ago when I lost a job, a beloved relative passed away, and one of my siblings got into some serious legal trouble, and my marriage had problems---all at once. I remember feeling stressed out a lot, losing 10 pounds, and losing a LOT of hair. The hair loss stopped when I started to handle the stress better.

It is true that baldness does have a genetic component; if your father or his brothers are/were bald or your mothers father/her brothers are/were bald then you have a somewhat higher chance of baldness. Sometimes it shows up unexpectedly--my husband's father kept all of his hair, my 57-year-old husband has all of his hair, but my husband's brother (age 60) is bald! My grandfather on my dad's side had thinning hair at age 70 when he passed away but my dad is 72 and still has (very white) but very thick hair...so sometimes genetics can be from the other side of the family since his mother's brothers kept their hair.

If the hair fall problem continues, you might want to see a physician to make sure that you do not have some kind of health problem that is causing the hair fall. I hope that your stress improves, and that you are able to find a good job. Good luck to you.

Mother Nature causes hair loss every Fall and Early Winter. Some of your loss may be to this. The sexist man I ever met was bald in his late twenties. Every man should be so lucky!!!!
