Is drinking 6 cheap beers (Bud, Coors, etc) every night too much? If it's a 5 hour span, say, like from 5 pm after work til 10 pm bedtime, that's a bit of space and not getting wasted. Just wondering. It's sort of a Midwest culture thing.

Do you have to do it to feel "right" or can you skip a night? If not, then you may have a drinking problem.

I'd be concerned about weight gain with that much beer.

That is a wheel barrow full of pig poo.

It is NOT "sort of a Midwest culture thing" it is only a "YOU drink cheap beer every night" thing.

Figure out if you need the beer or if you want the beer, that will tell you if you have an actual alcohol problem or if you just like to drink cheap beer.

A buddy of mine knocks off a 12 pack of Silver Bullets every nite. Usually a couple three Dr. Jacks as well Wbew! I'd be sick as a puking dog after that much . I rarely drink, and avoid whiskey like a plauge ship. The stuff opens up boxes of things need keeping packed.

I remember a time when I drank a lot. Never had issues not drinking, and finally , pretty much stopped. A rate cocktail, can't do beer at all. Messes up my stomach. Fact is, it ain't good to drink a lot. 6 12 oz beers is about the same as six shots of whiskey. 1oz shots. So, does that sound like a lot.?

I beg to differ, a LOT. There are 65 bars in the small city I'm from and everynight after work, and of course Saturday, that's the main attraction. And during a football game or BBQ? Forget it.

Drinking = Midwest.

And I like it, I don't know if I need it or not. I've drank about every day since I turned 21 so almost 15 years.

I made sure to do two things when I was in Wisconsin. I went to a bar and drank Miller Light and went home with a bit of cheese.

Two beers a night is a good amount (for optimal health). More than that is not good (for optimal health). And those are national guidelines promulgated by some big organization(s) like (if I recall correctly) the U.S. Surgeon General's office.
