Is this chapped skin, eczema, or psoriasis on wrist? (better)

I's on my left wrist, and a small bit of it is beginning to form on my right wrist. The wrist that it's really bad on stung a little bit then receded.

This has only happened once before a year ago.

Lotion takes away the appearance of the dryness, but it still feels dry. It's also still wrinkly,but not as much, and darkish.

It just looks like dry skin to me. Try putting lotion on for a few days and see if it gets better.

No link...can't see a thing! Try some lotion or cortisone cream.
