Does anyone here have trouble sleeping throughout the entire night?

I go to bed around 10PM and set my alarm to 6:30AM. I always seem to wake up 2-3 times between 3:00-6:00. I usually fall back asleep within a few minutes, but it's still frustrating.

No alcohol before bed, or anything that would keep me up. I didn't seem to have this issue in other houses/apartments I've lived, but I can't find any reason why my current apartment would cause this.

This is my sleep combo, my issues all came on when Fibro hit me in 1999 and maybe one of the ingredients I use could help you get back to sleep when you wake up. This happens to me and sometimes I get back to sleep without HELP and sometimes I pop one of the things I use.

Could also be a symptom of depression. That is when depressed people usually wake up.

Good thought. I slept fine where I used to live. When I moved here, my sleep has constantly been fragmented. I'm looking for another job to relocate elsewhere. Hopefully that will solve the problem.

I might try going somewhere for the weekend and see if I experience sleeping problems there too.

I don't know many who do sleep thru the night and some people I know sleep very little. My friends are all older, over 50 crowd for sure.

As already mentioned, very few people sleep all through the night without waking up a few times. I don't think, as long as you can go back to sleep it is anything to worry about. I will add, though it doesn't sound like you are very old, the older we get the harder it is to fall asleep or stay asleep. Now, not being happy with where you live or your job can play a roll. I lived in DFW area for 13 years, there are lots of positives but also, depending on where you live in the area, certainly some negatives.

I think my dang cat plays a big role in my sleep patterns. He comes and goes throughout the night and insists on licking and biting me.
