God do I hate urine samples and always have. I don't usually have a problem urinating but yet for urine samples for doctors I can't go. I've always been like this even of late with drinking more water. I know I can't be the only one out there who hates them. What can I do to not do them?

Maybe stop hating them. If your doctor needs a specimen, run the facet. Work on changing your thinking.

I took my grandma to the doctor and he told her he needed a urine, blood and stool sample...
She said, " Can I just leave my underwear?" Bingo starts in 1/2 hour.

Shy bladder is the term used. Some men can't use a urinal in the open.

It's hard enough to give a urine sample...but how does anyone crap on command?! I'd be there a day or two!

Drink a lot of water or coffee before your appointment. Run the faucet while voiding. They don't need that much.
