To make all of my toes evenly spread out? And also change the physical structure so they look as perfect as toes can possibly be like the shape of them so none of them are curled, etc.....

Sounds like an aspect of plastic surgery.

Have you tried this gadget called "Yoga toes"? When you're sitting at night watching TV or whatever, you put your toes in this thing that reminds me a little of the dividers they use at nail places when you are getting your toes painted but they are more comfortable supposedly. It "retrains" your toes, kind of like braces for your teeth.

Never used them as I don't have any issues yet but it's worth investigating before you start having surgery on your feet.

Its a gimmick, did it for a year, 1 hour a day, nothing happened

According to WebMD at Hammer, Claw, and Mallet Toes-Topic Overview , here are some possibilities:
"Your options may include one or more of the following:
  • Removing part of the toe bone. This is called phalangeal head resection, or arthroplasty.
  • Removing part of the joint and letting the toe bones grow together. This is called joint fusion, or arthrodesis.
  • Cutting supporting tissues or moving tendons in the toe joint.
  • Getting a toe implant to replace a bent joint or straighten a toe.
  • In rare cases, removing the toe (amputation)."

I had surgery to correct my bunions because they were painful. Now I have awful hammertoes because they took too much bone off and my big toe is growing sideways. Doctor wanted to do surgery to correct the hammertoes and I said no way. Foot surgery is painful and there is no guarantee your toes won't be back to looking less than perfect in the future. Toes don't need to be pretty, just functional unless you are married to someone with a foot fetish.

Orthopedic surgery, ideally performed by a fellowship trained Orthopedic Foot and Ankle surgeon.

OP, as Moonlady suggests above, it's surgery that's more complicated and has a much longer recovery period than most people realize, and ideally should not be done for purely cosmetic reasons, but rather, only if you are experiencing moderate to significant pain or dysfunction.

Seriously? I have seen lots of feet in my lifetime and short of a newborn baby's, I haven't seen any that I consider cute. Pedicure them all you want, they are still basically utilitarian and short of being too painful to walk, I'd much rather see a pair of great shoes that cover the offensive digits than running the risk of a surgery gone wrong.

But then, it depends on priorities, I suppose.

So are mine. I have bunions and curved toes on both feet. And you know what the Orthopedic surgeon I live with who makes his living primarily correcting foot and ankle deformities tells me and his patients who ask if they should have surgery?

He advises them that having ugly feet is not a good enough reason to have surgery.
