Vitamin D and Hairloss (hair, doctor, ears, prescribe)

If someone loses hair due to low vitamin D and had it low for years but didnt know since they only test it when requesting it. How long will I have to take vitamin D for the hair to grow again. Its high dosage of 50,000 units a week, just 1 tablet a week. Its vitamin D2 what my doctor prescribed and I barely get sunlight due to where I am living it causes sunburn plus working hours.

I know nothing about hair loss and Vit D. But the D2 is least absorbable and when you run out get otc D3 and K2. I take 5K most days of D3 and K2. K2 is the latest research needed for D3 absorption.
