Try elimination of certain food categories that cause issues like wheat, dairy, soy, etc: You might have to eliminate certain food categories from your diet and stick with single ingredient foods. That is what I have found and many others I know as well. Most doctors only want to treat symptoms and not find the root cause of swelling that might be depicted as "normal" under any other battery of tests.
to answer your question.....no they aren't real doctors and they aren't licensed to practice medicine in the majority of the country.
As for the poster who stated "so little in comparison to what medical doctors charge"
you get what you pay for....340 for an "anti aging infusion" is $340 thrown away for nothing.
As to your hands swelling....
There is no blood test for osteoarthritis which is the most common form of arthritis, diagnosis is made by history, exam and plain x rays.
