The title of this thread is " Does strep throat go away without antibiotics?"

The correct answer is YES....strep throat will go away without antibiotics, doesn't mean I would advocate someone NOT treat if they are symptomatic but the TRUTH is GABHS is a self limiting disease that will go away WITH OR WITHOUT antibiotics in several days....

There are a bunch of species of streptococcus, and it can infect a bunch of places. I had strep in my eye once.

Infections easily spread. They can morph into other infections. You're really stressing way too much over this. Your stress will cause problems with your ulcer.
