of course you are 100% right. This goes for so many guide lines. People are too quick to jump when a doctor says take this or when a new guide lines comes out. Heck I can remember when 240 cholesteral (spelling) was just border line and before that they never even checked it. I certainly do not think these numbers are any type of conspiracy involving our doctors. They just have to follow the guide lines to protect themselves. i will add, my doctor, than goodness is more relaxed and pretty much says how do you feel about taking this drug or that drug. Again, within reason.
