Theoretical question; A man is having some "BDSM fun" with rings and rubber bands but takes it too far and causes blood circulation problems in his testicles/shaft of his penis.
He takes OTC painkillers and alcohol to ignore it for days as he doesn't want to spend money in the hospital but is foced to call the ambulance after it gets too painful for him to walk.
Long story-short, doctors find his penis turning black and decide they have to amputate it as well as both of his testicles. In this situation, how would they reconstruct a penis? Would it have nerbe endings and allow him to have sex as before?
I assume that creating testicles with sperm is out of the reach of modern science however people have been able to transplant human testicles. How much would that cost.
If they aren't able to do that and resort to prosthetics, would he have to go on testoterone replacement?

He wouldn't have to do anything after amputation.
If he wanted to though, I'm sure he'd have no trouble getting prosthetic parts, maybe including a prosthetic penis with a pump, and/or testosterone.
Why doesn't this guy ask his doctor these questions? He could look up the procedure for female to male transsexual surgery. That might have some useful information. Yes, a testicle can be transplanted but you have to have a donor. No idea on cost, not sure on testosterone, but seems likely.
Based on his username and number of posts I would say this is a troll thread....don't feed the trolls
Nope..hate being called that.
The honest truth is, I'm trying to induce gangerene in my penid becsuse I have gender dysphoria but I'm NOT transgender.
I was realy trying to imagine the financial costs before I do anything that lands me in the ER. Wanted to know if insurance will pay and how my body would function if I declined testosterone therapy.

Lots of blood supply there means the gangrene would be likely to spread to other vital organs.
No, a reconstructed penis would not have nerve endings. It would be a prosthesis, not a real normally functioning penis. Inducing gangrene is potentially dangerous to more than your penis.
