What is going on? (allergies, painful, sores, eyes)

Lately, I have been developing sores in the corners of my eyes and my bellybutton. It does not itch. It just gets crusty and oozes a little.

I have not started using any new products, at all. I do not wear eye makup. I do not have any known allergies that have caused contact dermatitis in the past.

It is really getting annoying and painful. Has anyone had this problem? I'd love to find out why this is happening.
