Honestly, I do not drink water unless I am thirsty. I do drink yummmi black-coffee and regularly eat soup.

But since I started cutting way back on salt, my level of thirst has crashed.

I think this goes without saying: the fluids in most foods will probably provide enough water for us. How many of us, over say 50 or so for raised in families that included a lot of water in our daily meal planning. This is a trend that started I am guessing maybe 15 years or so ago.

I've gone with the 8 glasses daily and so I usually drink 48+ oz daily, maybe a little more. If I waited to be thirsty I'd never drink water.

And then there are the kidneys. https://www.kidney.org/content/6-tip...ealthy-kidneys

Enough talk about stones and crystals...I don't want that issue.
