But I know that when I am living in a dry climate and/or at higher elevations, I do indeed have nosebleeds.
Get a humidifier and test it out.
It is cheaper to get a humidity monitor. They are usually about $12. I have 2 in my home and one in my office. If the humidity is below 25-30%, you are more likely to get noise bleeds. You can get a humidifier to use at night or saline spray/gel for the nose.
Saline spray and Vaseline helps a great deal. Also you might want to check your blood pressure levels throughout the day, if they're too high see a doctor.
A little off topic. I put a humidifer in my bedroom. A couple of weeks latter, my smoke detectors started going off. Thought we needed new batteries......still would go off. We then bought all new detectors.....still would go off. Only after research on C-D, did we find out, that the humidifer was the culprit.
