Yes it hurt like hell. It worked its way back into place. But it can still get loose if I sleep the wrong way. The shoulder arthritis doesn't help matters. I went to PT for a while, but it didn't do much for it.
IMHO it just made it worse.

Yes, I am double jointed and it comes out all of the time (not the right any longer since I broke my clavicle and now have plates & screws holding everything together).

My kids learned at a young age to slam my shoulder back into place. Ouch!
