I ran across this article recently and thought I would share it with the coffee lovers out there! Years ago my morning routine started off with French press coffee, and I loved the occasional Greek coffee. My camping coffee back then was percolated and could melt roofing nails! Lol
My cholesterol was also at its peak back then. Seems the ways I made coffee had more than a little to do with my rising cholesterol.
These days, lifestyle choices and cold-brewed coffee have gotten me much healthier.
