Bingo!
I was vaping tobacco and vaping dehydrates, so it could be your weed pen OP. I suddenly had vertigo where if I leaned over and had my head down the world started spinning like I had consumed way too much alcohol. That with zero alcohol in my system.
Yeah, I thought that could be a factor, and maybe the new job too depending on what it entails.

The OP doesn't need a specialist to eliminate the possibility of dehydration or electrolyte imbalance. If it's not that, then schedule an appointment.
My mom had mild symptoms like you describe. Ignored it for a year until one day she just started falling over as cancer ate her brain. If she had seen a Dr even 6 months prior she would have survived its suspected.
Dehydration could also be causing all your symptoms - vertigo, ear itch and head pressure. Drink more water and/or electrolyte drinks. OTC eardrops may help the ears.
Thinking of it now, I did start drinking alot more caffeine when I started . The first week I was pretty tired in the 1st shift schedule. I'll grab a Gatorade or similar and see what happens.
Thanks for the replies. @greywar, I don't have money for a Dr or insurance, but will look at prices for a brain scan .
Remember the old saying "When you hear hoofbeats think horses, not zebras."
A local health services clinic could examine your ears for a possible infection OP. A short course of antibiotics would be a reasonable first step. No brain scan necessary.

A brain scan is not just a brain scan, you have to pay for the doctor to read that scan. If you have no insurance and no money, that would be a problem. Parnassia has a better choice for the money that you do have.
If you are diagnosed with a mild vertigo, then that Dr. Joe video I posted should help you like it did me.
Could be blood pressure, heart related too, (especially with the dizziness).
