If it is low testosterone, this is a really helpful page. - sugar is the biggest test killer.
Ive seen pine pollen recommended often for test, brand seems to matter. Most people recommend you cycle it.

7 natural supplements for libido - they recommend starting with a good multi like Naturelo 1 a day with K2.

A multivitamin would help cover possible deficiencies in zinc and vitamin D.

Do some reading on other forums for pine pollen, many people have had good results.

DHEA, a precursor to testosterone, declines with age, worth considering

Still I would try to get blood pressure close to 120/80, sugar(fasting 80 - cut down on breads/pasta), and exercise a few days a week if not every day. 1 or 2 days of HIIT training would be helpful.

Pine pollen? So that's supposed to help a guy get a rigid woody?

From rawforestfoods.com - you can find the same info on many sites

Pine pollen contains phyto-androgens in the form of androsterone, androstenedione and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and adaptogenic compounds gibberellins and brassinosteroids which all enhance the male sex hormones. These incredible elements work together to raise testosterone levels and correct estrogen to testosterone ratios in both men and women.

Low testosterone levels are connected to many health problems, from diabetes and obesity to a sluggish metabolism and heart disease. By increasing low testosterone to a healthy level, you can lower your chances of developing these health problems in the present and the future

For men, especially over 40, Morning Wood is your early warning system for things like low testosterone and heart disease (due to clogged penile arteries). If you are waking up at "full staff" then you are physically fine and your issue is likely psychological. If you are waking up weakly erect or flaccid, something is wrong, e.g., testosterone or arteries.

The easiest way to raise testosterone levels is via strength training. If you are building/maintaining muscle mass, you are pumping testosterone -- the two go hand in hand.

Next, be mindful of body fat levels, especially around the waist. Having too much causes the aromatase in the fat to convert testosterone into estrogen.

Finally, maintain adequate zinc levels, which is essential for testosterone production.
