It appears to be one of the side effects that happen with long covid cases.

^ or they can be using CoVid as an excuse for ED rather than admitting they are overweight, diabetic, and have cardiovascular issues
When they compile data like this, those conditions are taken into consideration.

^When I saw the spikes on the CoVid virus, I wondered if the spikes will catch clotting platelets and impede the flow of blood. I have a stent, high BP and testosterone hormone suppressant for prostate C. I can visualize the spikes causing havoc to the penis an heart/lung vascular systems. Because of this mind's eye visualization, I do not want to catch CoVid. that's just me.
YCVMV.
Severe COVID attacks organs all over the body, so it can cause ED, myocarditis, brain damage (colloquially called "brain fog"), and so on. I'm not aware of any reliable studies on how prevalent these effects are, but I'd love to see one.
So even fit and healthy people can end up with ED through Covid. I'm genuinely scared. I'm wondering if it's potentially given me ED.
Not WILL, can. I didn't read the studies, but probably those in "lesser" health had more problems (in all areas).
Probably lots caught covid and had no long term issues.
First, don't get all up inside your own head about this, or you'll create your own reality.
Chances are you'll be fine.

Thank you. My anxiety is through the roof lately. I've taken two tests and both negative but that's 3-4 days since potentially catching it.
Breathe.
Stress is bad for immune system. Go for a run or something to work off that anxiety. Do something you enjoy that will take your mind off of it.
Fuel up on some healthy foods, take some vitamin C, and make sure you get rest.
