^^^ Thank you. I stand corrected. You're obviously right...

Next time a pt comes in with a broken leg, I'll tell him to go out jogging right away instead of putting it in a cast.

Depending on how bad the break is - hairline fracture, person would be better off without a cast. They'd recover faster.

That is an experiment i have done myself. With minor breaks, I refused a cast and was back to normal in less than 2 weeks when normally, the cast would stay on for a minimum of 2 months, then you deal with muscle atrophy during the recovery.

Many things Docs like to do, actually make you worse.

Hey everyone! So the chiropractor says it’s piriformitis? He thinks it has been a long time building up.

Did the chiropractor give you any suggestions or what is causing the piriformitis? All "itis"es have an underlying cause

Have you tried some of the stretches in the video?

Yes! I got a good crack from one of those stretches. And in fact I asked the chiropractor if I can keep doing them. YES but the more serious stretches are only once a day. The ones he gave me are several times a day.

He said since I can trace the intial issue to childbirth years ago and based on where the pain was with being manipulated different ways (OMG, I about cried) I have probably just been out of whack since then and will revert to misalignment over time as a kind of cycle. It starts to hurt, I favor the other side, things get worse, lather, rinse, repeat.
