I get emails from Medicare all the time, notifying me of billings and such. I do check; they're really from .gov.
The free test emails originated from the postal service, but mentioned Medicare.

Yeah, the two I used recently originally expired last August, but had been updated to February this year; the very day we used them...

I checked my Medicare account; there have been no charges for tests.

Endless, useless tests are profitable.

But I found someone to take them; a home health nurse was thrilled to get the whole bag.

We kept a couple, just in case.

Yeah, we had checked the dates on all of them. But we've used only four tests total, and had nearly 50 on hand. Happy to move them along to people who will use them. Did keep a few just in case.
