Faulty logic.^ You have acid reflux all the time and it never happened. That doesn't mean it can never happen. After all, acid reflux gets progressively worse.
The last time for me was mid May 2006, I was flying home to Orlando from Birmingham, Alabama. I had a stomach ache on the plane and thought I should take an air sick bag home in case I needed it for my drive home. Yep... I needed it and was able to puke and fill the bag while I was driving. I decided to throw the bag out the car window. Little did I know that all the vomit would come out of the bag and get onto the side of my car, I thought a big bird pooped on my car. The cause of my upset stomach? Ruptured appendix. So it's almost 17 years for me, does that beat your streak, Deserterer?

If it had been bad food, you would have had the trots too. You made no mention of diarrhea.
I have that about 3 times a week and getting worse. It just comes on out of nowhere and it's gonna come out come hell or high water. Sometimes i can go days and be fine and then BOOM i get it around mid day and sometimes gotta go 3 to 5 times in a hour or so. Most times it's just water that comes out.

This doesn't sound as simple as getting a dose of bad food...unless you keep eating questionable (expired, contaminated, improperly stored or prepared) crap and don't learn the lesson. This pattern sounds more like an underlying gastrointestinal issue trying to get your attention.

It started about 8 years ago and has got worse. Guess i will go to a Doc. Don't think there anything that can be done.
