For some reason I've been feeling a little funny today. I've been feeling weak and shaky. Not sure if it is low sugar or low blood pressure, but on the rare ocassion I feel like this, I just eat something and I usually feel okay afterwards. But today I'm still feeling a little off. Kind of weak, dull headache, slightly nauseous, tired, etc. My throat also feels a little scratchy (could just be allergies or dry air). When I was feeling weak and shaky, I pretty much went on an eating binge. I had two whole grain bagels with cream cheese, two natural valley yogurt bars, and a glass of ice tea.
Lack of sleep isn't an issue since I slept ten hours last night. What could my problem be?
You might be coming down with something, like a cold or the flu. I don't know if you are female or not, but possibly pregnancy?
