Well I am no longer tired when i wake up without my sleep apnea mask. I go to bed at a normal time, say 10PM because im exhausted. I wake up at 730AM and i feel a little tired. This is fine, but then the day goes and i take no nap, no dozing off, nothing. Well... I woke up 730AM yesterday and im not tired. Yes, i have tried sleeping with it and no it does not make a difference.

Then there is the occasion where i go to bed at say 1100PM and stay in bed till 1200PM! It pissed me off so bad, I hate wasting the morning away.

This is how it has been since i vomited gray matter. Is my only solution here to take sleeping pills to fix my clock?
