Both the White House and the US Capital Buildings cornerstones are missing. What do you think has happened to them are they still there or have they been taken by the Free Masons as some have suggested.
I've studied local D.C. history in great detail all my life, but have never heard that - ??
I know that in the 1800s, some nativists or Know-Nothings (name of a political party) stole a memorial stone from the Washington Monument because the stone had been donated and inscribed by Roman Catholics.
No one ever recorded exactly where they were laid in the first place and so much reconstruction has happened since then, they are just not possible to find now.

True, but it would be interesting if they found them. A few presidents have searched but have not found any thing. I believe that Truman searched when the white house was being renovated back in 1929.

Why are the Masons linked to the cornerstones "pure BUNK"? And why does it have to be "a conspiracy"?
If everyone is clueless as to what happened to them I think any suggestion is valid until proven false.....

Don't you mean "feasible" rather than "valid?"
Saying all is valid until proven false has the same absense of meaning as saying all is false until proven valid.
The validity or lack thereof of something is a constant, something is true or it is not. That something is later proven to be false does not mean that until that proof it was valid. It was always false.
The Masons are bastards but it's not because they steal cornerstones or make grand plots.
