Had a long leisurely lunch outside at a pub overlooking one of Sydney’s rivers. A perfect summer day. For once!

Cleaned the car. About to go on a night bike ride.

Most of the time I'm outside only for exercise, walking, running, going to the outdoor gym. Last time I went walking with friends.

to prevent the bats from returning.

we enjoyed our bats for several years,
but they brought their friends and
extended families and finally
fouled our unfinished attic.

I went for a short walk in the woods/small forest here in my area, then I sat on a bench and started to knit. There are a few alleys in the woods and 2-3 benches along the alleys.

This was yesterday in the afternoon, around 5 or so. Now (in a few minutes), I'm going to go out on the balcony, sit on a chair and knit some more. It's a hot day today, unusually hot, around 80 F. So I'll have to wear a hat.

Mother Nature is calling me....

Walked for 1.5 hrs in the nearby ski resort. Long path with wide fields, too, goes around the river and hither and yon. The dog can run, play catch, sniff around, and (we all) enjoy the fresh air. It was sunny, too, and a perfect winter walk.

Walked in the conservation area nearby (itself within walking distance).

Did my once-a-week stair climb from there.
