I just got off the phone with Bettman, he said that he already has drawn up a new division realignment, that will come into effect for 2012-13 season. It will look something like this:

Division 1:
Detroit
Tampa Bay
Los Angeles
Carolina
Phoenix
Colorado
Islanders
Columbus

Division 2:
Boston
Winnipeg
Minnesota
Calgary
Washington
Toronto
Dallas
Florida

Division 3:
Rangers
San Jose
Montreal
Nashville
Chicago
Edmonton
Buffalo

Division 4:
Anaheim
New Jersey
Pittsburgh
Ottawa
St. Louis
Philadelphia
Vancouver

I didn't believe you actually talked with him until I scrolled down and saw how the realignment looked. It looks like you really did talk to him.
